Scammer in Ebay

Are you buying from ebay? If yes be careful and make sure the seller is the good one. I have been scammed before and I loose around USD$100 from one seller. I buy a MP4 from him but until today I haven’t received this product. Last night I received email from ebay and mention that this seller already bans from ebay. So, I go to paypal and send this issue to them. I hope I can get my money back.
